In this recipe , I use shrimp skin stew water as a flavor enhancer to hailam noodle gravy. It's easy, prawn shells boiled for 15 minutes with 1 a cup of water for every 150g of shrimp. Invite is also stir-fried with meat but then removed before cooking 100% so that it is not hard and dry.
