Black Pepper Beef Stir Fry

Black Pepper Beef Stir Fry Recipe

Among the most popular beef dishes is black pepper beef stir fry. This dish is served almost everywhere from fancy Chinese restaurants to food stalls in most food courts.

The method of preparation is very simple with only a few basic ingredients but requires proper technique and also the selection good of ingredients. For specific cut of meat, I recommend to use the tenderloin because it is tender and quick to cook compared to other beef cuts. We just need to be careful that the meat is not overcooked because the tenderloin will cook very quickly and easily become hard and tough..

Use high heat and do not crowd too much beef in the pan, preferably divide the meat into 2 portions and cook 2 times. This dish is made easier by using black pepper sauce from Enaq.

Ingredients

300g beef
1 shallots, coarsely sliced
2 chopped garlic cloves
30g shallots
1 teaspoon of Enaq Bethol multipurpose flavoring powder
4 Spoons of black pepper sauce Enaq
1 tablespoons black pepper

Method

  1. Prepare the meat with 1 teaspoon of Enaq Bethol seasoning powder and spread evenly. Make sure each surface of the meat is coated with Enaq Bethol. Estimated marination time is 10-15 minutes.
  2. Heat a little oil in a pan and use a strong flame. When the pan is hot smoky, put in 1/2 of meat alone first. This is to dry the edge surface of the meat which requires a high temperature. If the temperature is not high enough, water will come out of the meat and the meat will not be dry. We also need to fry the meat little by little so that the temperature of the pan does not drop sharply if we cook too much meat in the pan.
  3. Searing the meat is a very important step to get the best results. When the beef looks crispy on the edges , Remove the meat. Don't worry if there is meat that still looks a little red , because we will fry the meat again with black pepper sauce. Repeat for remaining meat tray.
  4. Heat a little more oil and sauté the garlic. Use medium flame only. When the garlic starts to look yellow, add the onions.
  5. When the onion is wilted, add Enaq black pepper sauce. Then add the meat and mix well. Use strong flames.
  6. Add 1 tablespoons pepper and add scallions. Serve immediately.
